There's just so much to be done. And the demand for this time is all the time.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if you could just push a few buttons and much of this extra work (you know, the day to day, mundane tasks) could all be taken care of for you?

Would you believe that it can be! Part of the problem is the lack of time makes it hard to investigate and find the resources that make this all possible.

Software can do much of the work for you. I discovered this when I finally made the leap and purchased the Eudora Pro Email software.

I can set the program to come on automatically, go online, download my email, filter it into different folders and it's all ready and waiting for me.

You know the old way. You would open your email program, wait to download all of the messages, then read through the headers one by one. Then decide what to do with each message.

Many of these messages were spam, pure and simple. It was a waste of my time to sort through, delete and read all of these headers.

Now everything is sorted and waiting for me. I just open the folders and read the information that I really want to read. I don't even have to manually delete messages I don't want. The program will delete unopened messages after a week (or whatever I want to set the time interval for).

There are other email programs out there just as good as this one.

But it's turned into a real time saver for me!

Another program that saves me oodles of time is Microsoft FrontPage. With this program, when I'm finished editing my web pages I just push a "publish" button and my "edits" are uploaded and published to my website.

You remember the old method--cut and paste. This could take you all day!

It also checks for broken hyperlinks and fixes them. I used to check links on each page and fix them as I went along. Now I don't have to do that anymore! A real time saver for me!

There are other similar programs out there just as good--such as Dream Weaver that will perform many of the same functions.

But with all of this great software, there's only one problem I've yet to solve.

If only . . . there were a button I could push and all the information and training I need to use all of this great software would automatically be entered into my brain.

Now wouldn't that be wonderful!
