One of the most important things we can do as network marketers is to build a prospect list. Who is a prospect for your MLM business? Anyone who has responded to an online classified, newspaper ad, company website or anyone whos contact information you have bought on a leads list.
What I have often seen with downline, is that leads are not are not together in a centralized location. Some may be on paper, card file or spreadsheet. And most times the leads are not being followed up with on a regular basis.
To create a central location where your leads are receiving followup messages, one must have an autoresponder. If you do a search on google you will find all kinds of autoresponders.
There are online autoreponders you can use, but often times the company has difficulty getting emails delivered because the ISPs (AOL,Hotmail,Yahoo etc.) are blocking emails, because the company is blacklisted. One of the most responsive online autoresponder systems I have found is aweber.com
Now with any online autoresponder there are limitations. That is why many successful marketers, use autoresponder software for followup. You can use your own domain name and hosting, enabling you to get more emails delivered There are no monthly fees and no limits on campaigns or lead imports.
